Western Canadian Pond Hockey Championships

Despite the mild weather our region witnessed in January, the Western Canadian Pond Hockey Championships hit the frozen surfaces of Rossland over the January 22-24 weekend. Selkirk Colleg will be holding "the biggest garage sale Nelson has ever seen" as they try to empty the Tenth Street Campus residence of its contents before renovations start. Proceeds will go towards student programs.
